What’s the difference between Enrollment Fairs and Enrollment Locations? And how do they compare with Navigators? Learn about all the different ways you can get in-person help with your application, verifying documents, and speaking with a Certified Broker about choosing health and/or dental coverage for you and your family.
At Access Health CT, we are determined to serve Connecticut residents and deliver information when and where they need it. This is why we offer different kinds of in-person enrollment events and places where people can get one-on-one help with comparing options and completing applications for health and/or dental coverage through Access Health CT. The best part is that all help is free.

Want to check out one of these options? Here’s what you can expect when you visit:
Enrollment Fairs
Enrollment Fairs are events where you can get free help with your application from enrollment specialists and Certified Brokers. You can also meet your new insurance company and get help finding a primary care physician. Enrollment Fairs are usually hosted on weekday evenings or weekends. We host them at different locations across the state, and we offer registration or walk-in appointments. Enrollment Fairs are typically held during the Open Enrollment Period, but we also hold them for certain occasions. We may come to your town next!
Enrollment Locations
Enrollment Locations offer free, on-site help at partner locations during certain days and hours of the week, usually during business days and hours. These locations are usually only available during the Open Enrollment Period.
Navigators
Access Health CT partners with community organizations as part of its Navigator Program. You can visit one of these Navigator partner locations all year round for help. Days and hours of operation vary for each Navigator partner location.
